GLF Schools

GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

Parent and Public Concerns/Complaints

At Salfords Primary School we take all concerns seriously and ask that you always approach us if there is anything you would like to discuss.

In the first instance, if you are a Parent/Carer at school, please talk to your child's class teacher. This can be done by email via "classname"@salfordsschool.org, via a message in your child's pupil planner or by talking to the teacher on the door (for those classes who enter through a main door a message can be given to a staff member on that door.) If the matter is urgent, please call the office  on 01737 762 940 and they can arrange for the classteacher to call you back when they are out of class.

If you feel that the matter has not been dealt with to your satisfaction, please contact the Phase Leader of the year group that your child is in by emailing the school office on info@salfordsschool.org.

  • Year 5 & 6 Phase Leader: Miss Piggott
  • Year 3 & 4 Phase Leader: Mrs Emoni
  • Year 1 & 2 Phase Leader: Mrs Trinidad
  • Reception Phase Leader: Miss Halpin

The next step would be one of the Co-Headteachers - Mrs Regnard and Mrs Christer. They can be contacted via info@salfordsschool.org or if the matter is urgent, by calling the school office on 01737 762 940.

If you still feel that your concern has not been resolved to your satisfaction, please complete the Appendix 2 form at the bottom of the GLF Complaints Policy and Procedure Guide.

The GLF Complaints Policy and Procedure Guide is attached for more detailed information.

If you require paper copies of any of our documentation please contact Mrs Regnard or Mrs Christer via email at info@salfordsschool.org.
