Communication

We keep parents informed of class and school updates through regular email communication. This includes important school/class notices and minor first aid notifications. For anything urgent, we will contact you directly by phone. Please ensure your email address is up to date and check your inbox regularly, including your spam or junk folder, to avoid missing key information.

To contact your child’s class teacher, please use the designated class email. The class email format is 'classname@salfordsschool.org' and can be found on the class pages here. Please note that class emails may not be monitored during teaching hours. For urgent matters, or if you need to pass a message to the teacher during the school day, please contact the school office at info@salfordsschool.org or call 01737 762940.

The school office aims to respond to emails within 48 hours. For anything requiring immediate attention, we recommend calling.

If your child is absent and you haven’t contacted the school before 9:00 am, we will reach out to you by phone to confirm their absence.
